Gel Extraction Mini Kit

(For extraction of DNA fragments from agarose gel)

The Gel Extraction Mini Kit is a fast and efficient solution for isolating DNA fragments from agarose gels. Utilizing silica membrane spin column technology, the kit purifies DNA fragments ranging from approximately 65 bp to 10 kb with high recovery rates. By dissolving agarose gel slices in a chaotropic salt-containing buffer, DNA selectively binds to the silica membrane, allowing contaminants, agarose, and staining dyes to be washed away. The purified DNA is eluted in a low-salt buffer or nuclease-free water, ready for immediate use in downstream applications.
