Dr. Harsh Vardhan Batra
Dr. Harsh Vardhan Batra is an eminent Indian scientist specializing in microbiology, infectious diseases, biotechnology, diagnostics, and biodefence research. He served as the Director of Defence Food Research Laboratory (DFRL), DRDO, Mysuru, from 2012 to 2015. He has made significant contributions to diagnostic microbiology, outbreak investigation, high-containment laboratory development, vaccine/diagnostic research, and food safety technologies.
Dr. Amit Asthaan
Dr. Amit Asthaan is an Indian scientist and academician working in the field of microfluidics, paper-based microfluidic devices, pharmaceutical analysis, analytical chemistry, and lab-on-a-chip technologies. He is associated with NIPER Hyderabad and has also worked with CSIR-CCMB, Hyderabad. His research focuses on developing low-cost, miniaturized diagnostic and analytical platforms, including paper-microfluidics and capillary-driven systems.
Dr. G. Puvaneswari (Bhuvana Sharma)
Dr. G. Puvaneswari (Bhuvana Sharma) is a Senior Research Scientist specializing in molecular diagnostics, virology, and translational research. Associated with the NCBS/C-CAMP InDx Program, she has contributed to indigenous diagnostic development, regulatory validation, and WHO-aligned standards for infectious disease diagnostics including SARS-CoV-2, Dengue, HPV, and TB.
