The Gel Extraction Mini Kit (Magnetic Bead-Based) offers a fast and efficient method to purify DNA fragments from agarose gels. Using magnetic beads with specific functional groups, the kit selectively binds DNA fragments while removing primers, nucleotides, enzymes, agarose, and contaminants. It is suitable for DNA fragments as small as ~50 bp and compatible with downstream applications like cloning, sequencing, and labeling. The kit supports manual and automated workflows, making it ideal for high-throughput processing with clean, high-yield DNA extractions.
