The Milk DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit (magnetic bead based) offers a simple and efficient method to purify high-quality DNA and RNA from milk samples. Using magnetic beads combined with optimized lysis and wash buffers, the kit lyses somatic and microbial cells in milk, binds nucleic acids selectively, and removes fats and inhibitors. It supports inputs of 0.5–1 mL of milk and yields pure nucleic acids suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and infection biomarker studies. The process eliminates centrifugation steps and is adaptable to automated or manual workflows.
