The Plant/Feed DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit (magnetic bead based) enables rapid and efficient purification of high-quality genomic DNA and total RNA from various plant and feed samples. Utilizing optimized lysis buffers and superparamagnetic beads, the kit efficiently removes contaminants like polysaccharides and polyphenols. It supports small sample inputs (up to 100–150 mg), yielding pure nucleic acids suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and molecular diagnostics. The workflow is compatible with manual and automated platforms, ensuring reproducibility and minimal hands-on time.
