Plasmid DNA Extraction Mini Kit


The Plasmid DNA Extraction Mini Kit (Magnetic Bead-Based) offers rapid, high-yield purification of transfection-grade plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures (1–5 mL). Using superparamagnetic beads, the kit efficiently isolates plasmid DNA while excluding genomic DNA and RNA contaminants. Purified DNA is clean, enzymatically digestible, and ready for applications like PCR, sequencing, cloning, and cell transfection. The method supports automated or manual processing with flexible elution volumes (typically 30–100 μL) and yields up to 30 µg plasmid DNA depending on copy number and culture conditions.
