Seed DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit


The Seed DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit (magnetic bead based) enables fast and efficient purification of high-quality DNA and RNA from seeds and fruit tissues. Using superparamagnetic beads, the kit selectively binds nucleic acids while removing polysaccharides, polyphenols, and other plant-derived inhibitors. It supports sample inputs of around 100–150 mg and produces pure nucleic acids ideal for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and molecular breeding applications. The protocol is compatible with manual or automated processing for high reproducibility and ease of use.
