The Stool/Fecal DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit (magnetic bead based) provides a fast, simple method for isolating high-quality microbial and host DNA and RNA from stool and fecal samples. Combining mechanical bead beating with chemical lysis and magnetic bead purification, it efficiently removes PCR inhibitors like humic acids. The kit supports fresh or preserved stool (50–200 mg sample) and yields pure nucleic acids suitable for qPCR, sequencing, and metagenomic research. Compatible with manual and automated platforms, the kit ensures reproducible and inhibitor-free nucleic acid recovery.
