The Tissue DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit (magnetic bead based) provides efficient and rapid isolation of high-quality genomic DNA and total RNA from fresh or frozen tissue samples. Utilizing superparamagnetic bead technology combined with optimized lysis buffers, the kit achieves effective cell disruption and selective binding, facilitating the removal of inhibitors and contaminants. It supports sample sizes of 20–150 mg and delivers pure nucleic acids suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and gene expression studies. The protocol is compatible with manual and automated workflows, offering consistent results with minimal hands-on time.
