It uses superparamagnetic beads with optimized lysis buffers to capture nucleic acids efficiently while removing contaminants and inhibitors. The kit is compatible with manual and automated platforms, delivering nucleic acids suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and diagnostic applications in less than 45 minutes.
