Soil DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit


The Soil DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit (magnetic bead based) enables fast and effective purification of genomic DNA and total RNA from diverse soil types, including compost and manure. The kit uses chemical lysis combined with mechanical bead-beating for robust sample disruption. Proprietary inhibitors removal buffers eliminate humic acids and PCR inhibitors. Magnetic beads selectively bind nucleic acids, which are purified and eluted with high yield and purity. The kit supports manual and automated workflows, and purified DNA/RNA is compatible with PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and metagenomic analyses.
