Milk DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit


The Milk DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit is designed for the rapid and efficient isolation of high-quality genomic DNA and total RNA from milk samples, including human and animal milk. This kit combines mechanical and chemical lysis methods to effectively disrupt somatic cells and bacterial cells present in milk. Purification employs silica membrane spin columns or magnetic bead-based technology to selectively bind nucleic acids while removing proteins, fats, and PCR inhibitors commonly found in milk matrices. The purified DNA and RNA are suitable for various molecular biology applications such as PCR, qPCR, sequencing, disease biomarker detection, infection diagnosis, and population studies.
