Seed DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit


The Seed DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit offers a rapid and efficient solution for extracting high-quality genomic DNA and total RNA from seeds, fruits, and related plant tissues. Using bead beating or mechanical disruption combined with silica membrane spin column technology or magnetic beads, the kit isolates nucleic acids while removing common plant inhibitors such as polyphenols, polysaccharides, and tannins. The purified DNA and RNA are suitable for various downstream molecular biology applications including PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and gene expression studies.
