Tissue DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit


The Tissue DNA/RNA Extraction Mini Kit provides a rapid, efficient method for the simultaneous extraction and purification of high-quality genomic DNA and total RNA from fresh or frozen animal and human tissue samples. Utilizing optimized lysis buffers combined with silica membrane spin column technology, the kit ensures effective homogenization, cell disruption, and selective binding of nucleic acids while removing proteins, enzymes, and other contaminants. This kit yields DNA and RNA suitable for PCR, qPCR, sequencing, gene expression analysis, and other downstream applications.
