Viral RNA Extraction Mini Kit


The Viral RNA Extraction Mini Kit is designed for the rapid and efficient purification of high-quality viral RNA from diverse biological samples, including plasma, serum, cell-free body fluids, nasopharyngeal swabs, urine, and culture supernatants. This kit utilizes silica membrane spin column technology or magnetic bead-based formats combined with chaotropic salt lysis buffers to selectively bind viral RNA while removing proteins, nucleases, and PCR inhibitors. The kit provides pure, intact viral RNA ready for sensitive downstream applications such as RT-PCR, qPCR, viral genotyping, and infectious disease research.
